Bathrooms are deceptively involved. There is plumbing, tiling, electrics, waterproofing and ventilation to get right, all in a small space, and the details are what separate a bathroom that lasts from one that starts to fail within a couple of years. We do not rush the parts you cannot see, because those are the parts that matter most.

We begin by stripping the old bathroom out completely, then sorting any changes to the plumbing and electrics while the walls and floor are open. This is the stage where a layout gets improved: moving a basin, swapping a bath for a walk-in shower, or repositioning the soil pipe so the room flows better.
Before any tiling starts, we waterproof the wet areas properly. Tanking the shower and any zones likely to get splashed is the step that stops water finding its way into the wall over time, and it is one we never skip. Tiling, fitting the suite, sealing and the final second-fix follow, and we test everything before we call it finished.
Where you would like underfloor heating, it goes in under the tiles for a warm floor underfoot on cold mornings. If your bathroom is part of a larger project, we can fold it into a whole-house property renovation so the whole job runs to one programme.
